Orders & Shipping
Orders for all products can be done via Antler Art, Inc. website, or by purchase order fax. Our Shipping Department will handle all shipments. Merchandise that is being picked up directly from the local warehouse can be picked up according to the following schedules -- (White Oak: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm). Warehouse pick-ups must be paid for in full before any product will be released.

Returns & Replacements
All Antler Art products are custom made to order and cannot be returned for any reason. If Antler Art does approve a return; All product returns must have prior notification from Antler Art in writing. A Return Authorization number will be issued by Antler Art and must be included with the returned product(s). The Return Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the box (handwritten or typed label). All products must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Antler Art Inc. accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online orders. If you would like to use another form of payment, such as a check or money order, please call Antler Art toll free at 1-888-357-2175. All promotions will be either listed on our website homepage or sent out to customers in our newsletters. Antler Art Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
Antler Art Inc. preserves order history for all completed orders. Order history is automatically made available to customers who take a moment and register.
